Quality Progressions’ 10th Anniversary Gala

JPG Photography is a proud supporter of many non-profit organizations within the Philadelphia area. We provide our services at prorated (and sometimes pro bono) costs when we see others bringing a much-needed service to those in need. Quality Progressions is a perfect example of an organization that we can get behind, and we were honored to be a part of their 10th anniversary gala this past year.

Quality Progressions’ mission statement is “to be people-driven, committed, and progressive in our relationship to individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families.” They have been a local leader in coordinating, locating, and monitoring support and services for over a decade. They have helped 5,000 individuals to achieve employment, participate in their local community, and make meaningful choices in their lives. When we were asked to use our photojournalism skills to help highlight the good people of this non-profit, we just had to say yes.

The banquet was held at the Double Tree Hotel in Philly, attended by employees and special guest clients and politicians, with multiple awards for dedication of service announced. They went over their plans for company growth, and how they plan on continuing to make an impact in the lives of others. Employees were also given a full cocktail hour, and prize bags based on their length of employment. During the social hour, we provided a photo station set up for group shots for all of the Quality Progressions teams. My absolute favorite part of the night was when they introduced and talked about the clients they had in attendance. It was powerful to see how far they had come over the past several years that they’ve been a part of the Quality Progressions support team. It was a truly heartwarming moment!

Thank you for inviting JPG to this special event, and we look forward to seeing all of the great services you’ll continue to give back to the community.
