Independence Seaport Museum with Nancy and John
When you think of Nancy and John — fun and quirky come to mind — which means they were a perfect fit for JPG Photography. The fun began at the magnificent Hotel Monaco. Nancy was surrounded by her bridal party who were incredibly funny and a blast to work with. John and his men, displayed their pride for Philly Sports, wearing their emblems on their cufflinks.
John had yet to see Nancy in her dress as we headed across the street to the “The Signer” statue. All of his pent up energy seemed to dissipate and turn to complete contentment the moment he saw her, stunned and elated at the site of her beauty. Later, we used the architecture of Headhouse Square for some fun portraits. As we headed to the Second National Bank the anticipation was building again; John in his excitement broke out in an epic handstand.
The Rotunda at Independence Seaport Museum on the water was a stunning location for a ceremony, framed by the Ben Franklin bridge in the background. We nailed some beautiful bird’s eye shots looking down as if to gaze upon an amphitheater. In a hysterical selfie opportunity, John found himself peaking out through Nancy’s veil which had caught the wind, draping itself over his face.
Their whisky-themed reception — complete with whisky bar — was an instant hit. Each table was marked with their own whisky brand. Loved ones laughed and danced all night in celebration. It was an honor to be there! Thanks and congratulations!
Best,
Dave T.
